When arriving to the salon suites please ring bell to be buzzed in. Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

All given consent and consultation forms must be completed before service. This form serves as protection for all parties at hand. Consent forms will be provided via the booking system and can be found on all social media link platforms. Contradictions, allergies, etc could arise and before performing a service we want to ensure your safety as well as others concerned. 

Appointments must be rescheduled with a 24 hour notice. Clients will receive a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, if clients are late without notice they are considered a “no show”. All “no shows” will be charged 50% of service. If you reschedule within the a 24-hour notice, your booking deposit for your rescheduling will be waived. If you like to reschedule please get in touch email at hello@unspecificbeauty or through booking site/app. No shows will also be banned from future bookings.

A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required for all services. The booking fee will be of the total cost of the service. The remaining balance can be paid on the booking site, Zelle, or in cash after the service is completed. Tips are always greatly appreciated.

Providing excellent and quality service to every client is our top priority. However, we understand that things do happen. In the event that you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 3 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns and is due to the application or product, it will be done so with a complimentary new appointment. Any concerns addressed after 3 days of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. No refunds will be given on products or any services.

While masks are no longer required however please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

Due to the limited space within the salon suite; we kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you during your appointment. This also includes children.
